How much space does a Smoof unit need?
Around 1–2 m² next to a freezer. There is no need for a kitchen, sink or back-of-house area — the unit is a compact, plug & play solution.
Do we need extra staff to run it?
No. The machine is fully self-service. Customers pick a cup, scan it and blend it themselves; your team only restocks the freezer as part of a normal shift.
How does cleaning and hygiene work?
Every unit has an automatic self-cleaning cycle that runs after each blend. Routine maintenance is limited to simple, occasional service tasks.
Can it cope with high-traffic stores?
Yes. Smoof was designed for high throughput — it is already running in convenience stores across Poland, and suits forecourts, travel hubs, shopping centres and campuses.
How quickly can we go live?
A standard installation takes 3–4 weeks from signed agreement. For larger chains we usually start with a pilot group of stores and scale from there.
Who supplies the cups?
We do. Smoof UK supplies the machines and keeps your stores stocked with the full range of frozen smoothie and shake cups, with regular, planned deliveries.
